Big Shoulders Fund distributed 10,000 meals in Northwest Indiana over Father's Day weekend.
Among the local volunteers who helped with the distribution were St. Casimir school principal Matt Chico and Bishop Noll Institute junior Abby Wojtaszek.
The charitable partnership among diocesan locations and the BSF is part of the Chicago-based philanthropy’s Northwest Indiana Initiative.
