The Educational Services Coordinator works collaboratively with the Superintendent and Assistant Superintendent of Catholic Schools to advance the mission and provide quality services to the Catholic Schools in the Diocese of Gary. While assisting and coordinating daily operations, this person is also responsible for issuing employment contracts, planning professional development opportunities, and coordinates school visits / Cognia of Indiana, responsible for maintaining complete teacher employment files, updating the Administrator’s Handbook and other duties as assigned. This person will also coordinate the schools office activities and function as a liaison between Indiana Department of Education, parish and diocesan schools. The qualified candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree, have 3-5 years of experience in the educational field, familiarity with Catholic education and be a practicing Catholic.
